We understand how hard it is to make car buying decisions. That’s why we have made it our goal to minimize the stress involved in your car purchase.

Below is a list of commonly asked questions, but if you would rather ask your questions directly please don't hesitate to contact us.

Will you charge by percentage or flat fee?
We charge a flat fee: $49 up front and $250 at the completion of the sale. We don’t take a percentage of your rebate because we believe that is unfair. You are entitled to the rebate money whether we help you or not. See our pricing page for more details.

What makes Wheelator.com an expert in car buying?
Everyone working at Wheelator.com has extensive experience in the automotive industry. As former top sales people, finance managers, and dealer consultants, we understand the purchasing process inside and out—and that includes financing and warranties too.

How do I decide on a warranty?
After years in the business we know what service contracts (warranties) are worth investing in and which ones aren’t. We recommend two different service contracts to our customers and we offer them at a discounted price too. To learn more, visit our warranties page.

Does it matter where I’m located?
No, it doesn’t matter where you are located. Wheelator.com is based in Kansas City, Missouri, but we work with customers all over the country.

I have a trade-in. Does that matter?
We can help you with every stage of negotiation including trade-ins, rebates, financing, and any other extras you want for your new vehicle.

How much money am I expected to save by working with Wheelator.com?
Every car deal is different, but we have seen savings of over $10,000 off the sticker price. Wheelator.com also offers a money-back guarantee. If we don’t save you at least twice our fee, then our services are free.

I need help with financing. Can you do that too?

I can’t buy a car without seeing it first. Will I be able to test drive the car?
You sure can. Wheelator.com will arrange a hassle-free test drive at the dealership of your choice.
